At Outlet Coutinho, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing a secure and transparent shopping experience. If you need to request a return, exchange, or refund, please review the policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving their order, provided the item has not been used.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition;
  • Include all original tags attached;
  • Be returned in the original packaging, whenever applicable;
  • Include all accessories and the purchase invoice.

After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

2. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for size or color within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Products must be returned:

  • Unused;
  • With original tags attached;
  • In perfect condition.

If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose:

  • Store credit;
  • Another product (price differences may apply);
  • A full refund.

3. Defective Products

If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

Once the defect is confirmed, Outlet Coutinho may:

  • Replace the product;
  • Repair the item when applicable;
  • Issue store credit;
  • Process a full refund.

Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a product damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

5. Return Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if products:

  • Show signs of use;
  • Have perfume, sweat, or washing odors;
  • Are stained or altered;
  • Have missing original tags;
  • Were damaged due to misuse.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Processing times depend on the original payment method.

7. Shipping Costs

Outlet Coutinho covers return shipping costs when:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect;
  • The wrong product was shipped;
  • The item was damaged during transportation.

For exchanges requested due to customer preference (size, color, or model), shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
